As part of CAN YOU HEAR US?, our six-week celebration of creativity and culture taking place across the Island this autumn, we are supporting 12 individuals through a fully funded Cultural Leadership Programme.

This cohort brings together a diverse range of perspectives from across the creative, heritage, environmental, social, and education sectors. It also includes those working in vital community spaces! The places where people gather, participate, and share what matters to them.
Over the coming months, these 12 individuals will engage in a structured journey of coaching, peer learning, and guest speaker sessions. The programme also includes self-directed opportunities such as mentoring and ‘Go See’ visits.
Our focus is not on traditional top-down management, but on a collaborative model of leadership. We are curious to explore how deeper reflection and cross-sector partnership can drive meaningful change within the Island’s cultural landscape.
