Amy has a background in wildlife conservation, environmental events, marketing and digital communications. She has worked on projects across the Isle of Wight and now as a freelancer in events and digital comms, she has joined the Creative Island team as Sam’s right hand woman – taking on the role of Communications Officer.
As a young person who has grown up on the Isle of Wight, moved away, and then returned (as many of us do), Amy is passionate about sharing what makes the Island so special. Keep an eye out on social media for stories about amazing people in the community, opportunities across the Island and a sprinkling of behind the scenes.
With a masters degree in Wildlife Biology and Conservation, Amy is excited to explore the overlap between the creative industry and environmental world, a partnership that is better growing. And what better place to do it than in the place that inspired her love for the natural world to begin with.
