As part of CAN YOU HEAR US?, Independent Arts are exploring the shared themes of seeds and wildflower meadows through a range of creative activities and workshops.
Join the Independent Mindful Moments sessions. In this first of two workshop you willl be using fabrics and stitching to create a collaborative work inspired by a wild flower meadow.
You will be supported to create work in ways that suit you, with the project culminating in a public event where the artwork created will be shared and celebrated.
Mindful Moments is a chance to explore mindfulness through creativity, promoting feelings of wellbeing and a calmer state of mind, a chance to be free to express yourself with no art experience necessary.
