Artswork is actively searching for arts and creative organisations on the Isle of Wight that are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Their Breakthrough programme aims to provide entry routes into the creative industry for young people aged 16-25 who are struggling to find meaningful employment.

An Opportunity for youth and employers
The programme offers a unique opportunity for employers to incorporate the perspectives of young people into their teams.

In return, these employers will be helping talented young individuals take their initial steps towards a rewarding career in the creative sector.

Application deadline and programme duration
Employers interested in participating in the Breakthrough programme must apply by 28th June.

This year’s Breakthrough will run from 23 September 2024 to 28 March 2025.

Encouraging youth voice and creativity
By joining the Breakthrough programme, employers can play a vital role in nurturing the next generation of creative professionals.

Artswork is committed to ensuring that the creative industry reflects the diverse society we live in and is accessible to all young people.
