Over the next year, the Isle of Wight will be celebrating all that the Island is through CAN YOU HEAR US? a six-week programme of creativity and culture taking place across every part of the Island. From the launching of the Ventnor Exchange Arena to performances in village halls, new public art commissions in the landscape to public parades and guided walks the programme is designed to celebrate everything the Island is and to encourage creativity in every corner as a special and ordinary part of everyones life.
We’ve been busy:
- Working with Skinny Mammoth and Vectis Radio to capture Island stories
- Developing our brand and website.
- Developing a school’s programme with the IW Cultural Education Partnership.
- Laying the groundwork for a Cultural Leadership Programme.
