Taking place between 19th and 28th July, comedians love heading to Ventnor to test out their shows on audiences ahead of Edinburgh Fringe. But comedy is just one part of the offering.
Expect circus shows, live music, theatre, dance, spoken word, live art performances, a makers-market, and the return of the beloved 1930s Parisian Book Bus.
A town transformed
For ten days, the town transforms, welcoming artists from around the country and beyond. They come to perform and soak up the sunny atmosphere of Ventnor.
The printed programme is now available to collect from Ventnor Exchange, or many other venues around the Island. To ensure you don’t miss out on any shows, check through the listings on the Ventnor Fringe website. With so much to choose from, you are bound to find plenty of shows that grab your attention as well as several art exhibitions.
Get involved
If you have some spare time and would like to help the team who organise Ventnor Fringe every year, you can register to volunteer. Roles are available at the Box Office, stewarding, as well as assisting with the build before and after the event.
