We are keen to build a community of people who enjoy exercising in natural settings through music and dance.
Come and join us and maybe join the regular sea swimmers there for a dip after.
Please note we do not organise the sea swimming so please ensure you do your due diligence before entering the water. Headphones can not be used in the water.
