National Saturday Club’s call-out for cultural organisations

Creative Island and the National Saturday Club are inviting potential delivery partners and venues to help create six accessible, Island-wide Saturday Clubs for young people on the Isle of Wight. Join the Isle of Wight National Saturday Club Consortium as a provider or venue.

The National Saturday Club programme already supports thousands of 13-16 year olds across the UK, and the Island project is designed to build on that success through a stronger local network, shared resources and wider funding opportunities.

They are looking for:

  • delivery partners with experience in creative work for young people
  • venues willing to host sessions

If you are interested, contact claire@creativeisland.org by the 1st of September and include:

  • why you want to be involved
  • what provision you can offer and your experience working with young people
  • if offering a venue, the location and suitable activities for the space

Clubs will run between January and July 2027, with around 20-25 sessions of 2-3 hours each, usually for about 15 participants. The activity must be additional to any other funded or paid provision already in place, and a budget will be provided to cover time, equipment, venue hire and travel to National Saturday Club events in London.
