Jo Ridley is a Project Producer for Creative Island, leading the delivery of the Place Partnership “Can You Hear Us?”.
She is a founding member and Senior Consultant for Bertha Earth, where she helped shape the organisation’s vision, mission and theory of change and continues to co-design youth-led programmes and immersive, nature-based retreats.
Jo is also a founding member of the Alliance for Youth Organising UK, a collective working to shift resources and decision-making power to young people, so they can work together to win change. She has a background spanning community organising, environmental conservation, expeditions, nature-based education and youth leadership.
