Get creative as part of Ship of Hope, with a day of free drop-in workshops taking place alongside the performances and celebrations across Ryde.
Make colourful decorations, design your own ship flags, create pirate crafts and add your own splash of colour to the day. Led by local artists and creative organisations, these relaxed, family-friendly sessions are open to everyone just turn up and join in.
Garlands of Colour
Join Amber from Stitch Department for a colourful drop-in session creating fabric hanging garlands as part of the Ship of Hope celebrations. 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Seas of Colour
Led by Katy-Rose Design from Drawing Club, this creative drop-in workshop invites you to design and make your own colourful ship flags, ready for the adventure ahead. 11am – 12.30pm & 3pm – 4.30pm
Collage of Hope
Help bring even more colour to Ryde with the Collage of Hope. Drop in and make your own bright and imaginative collage creations with Saskia from Collage Cafe. 1pm – 2.30pm & 5pm – 6pm

Hope Wands and Pirate Crafts
The Kraken is beginning to rise beneath Ryde and the town needs your help! Join Miss Ann for free drop-in craft sessions where you can make your own Hope Wand and pirate-inspired creations to help save the day. 11am–12.30pm & 5pm–6pm
