Leadership Programme

The Cultural Leadership Programme is supporting a new generation of cultural leaders on the Isle of Wight. The programme brings together people with the passion and potential to help shape the Island’s cultural future.

Running from March to October 2026, participants take part in coaching, shared learning days with guest speakers, visits to inspiring projects, and mentoring sessions. Along the way they build skills, confidence and connections with others working in culture across the Island.

The programme will finish with a final gathering where participants reflect on what they have learned and how they will take their ideas forward, helping strengthen the Island’s cultural community.
