Founded in 1898 by HRH Princess Beatrice, Queen Victoria’s youngest daughter and situated within the grounds of Carisbrooke Castle, the museum cares for an extensive collection of objects connected to the history of the Isle of Wight.

Carisbrooke Castle Museum offer a range of educational programmes designed for school groups, families and history enthusiasts.
